MORIN & O’SHEA PRINCIPALS Mark A. Morin has been with the firm since 1982, after graduating from Bentley College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Mark grew up in Westfield, and attended St. Mary’s High School. His practice areas include: accounting and financial statement preparation for small and medium size businesses and not-for-profit organizations; and personal tax planning and preparation. Mark is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mark lives in Westfield with his wife Jeanne and their two children. He enjoys all sports and coaches baseball and soccer. Brendan O’Shea has been with the firm since 1988,

Most of our employees have been with us for several years or more, providing the continuity that our clients have come to depend on. Here are the professionals who support the principals at Morin & O’Shea: Madeline DeVasier, Administrative Assistant, has been with Morin & O’Shea since 1988. Maddy is the first person to greet our clients, whether in person or over the phone. Her warmth and efficiency are critical to our success as she handles all incoming calls, maintains office correspondence and client billing, and assembles tax returns. Maddy lives in Westfield with her husband Marty. Sue Gelina, Bookkeeper, has been with Morin & O’Shea since 1986. Sue has an Associates Degree from Northampton Commercial College and 40 years of bookkeeping experience. With this outstanding combination of education and skill, our clients know they are receiving expert assistance with their bookkeeping, payroll, and payroll taxes. Sue lives in Westfield with her husband Dan. Robert W. Magistri, MSAT, Accounting Associate, has been with the firm since 1999. Bob attended Westfield State College, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management; and American International College, where he completed his Master of Science degree in Accounting and Taxation. Bob’s responsibilities include tax preparation and financial statements for businesses and non-profit organizations, as well as tax preparation for individuals. Elaine T. Mastroianni, Bookkeeper, has been with Morin & O’Shea since 1989. Elaine’s Bachelor’s degree and bookkeeping experience make her an invaluable asset to the firm and its clients. Her major areas of responsibility are: bookkeeping for small and medium-size client businesses; client support and training on bookkeeping methods and software; and problem resolution. Elaine lives in Westfield with her husband Lou. Jeannie Kosior, Administrative Assistant has been with Morin & O’Shea since 2005. Jeannie’s experience is a perfect match for her current responsibilities handling the firm’s busy phones, interacting with clients, arranging meetings, and assembling tax returns, among many other administrative duties.
